The Lehigh Valley IronPigs thank you for your support and for considering us to be a part of your fundraising event. We will consider donation requests from organizations in the Eastern Pennsylvania region only. The information below will guide you through the process of requesting a donation and provide you with an overview of our guidelines. Please allow at least three (3) weeks for requests to be processed. All donations will be sent via US Mail, unless your organization is notified otherwise. Please wait for a confirmation email that will let you know if you've submitted the request successfully.
Please note the following when submitting your donation request: No phone calls or emails please. Requests are filled at the discretion of the Lehigh Valley IronPigs. No monetary donations requests will be accepted through this site. For monetary donation requests, please contact Community Relations Manager, Maddison Kendrick (firstname.lastname@example.org). Make sure to provide any/all sponsorship information for your event. Special consideration will be given to non-profit organizations, however not exclusively. We may not consider donation requests for for-profit organizations/groups, i.e. employee recognition/incentive programs, family reunions, etc. As much as we would like to, we are unable to respond favorably to all requests due to the number of requests we receive. Please do not submit your request more than ninety (90) days out from your event or less than 3 weeks out from your event. Please also explain what the money raised from this event will be used for. The organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email, regardless of whether or not the request is approved. Once you have been approved, that is the item that you will be receiving. Requests for additional items to be added on top of what you already have will not be accepted. Please note, just because you received a donation in the past does not guarantee that you will receive one again.
